Genotype products

Approved DNA-STRIP technology offers you a broad range of test systems for the determination of human genetic and microbiological parameter. DNA or RNA is isolated from the specimen, amplified, and detected via a hybridization and alkaline phosphatase reaction on a membrane strip.

Fluorotype products

Fluorescence-based PCR test systems guarantee rapid and valid results for efficient molecular diagnostics in your laboratory for microbiological, viral and human genetic parameters. Nucleic acids are extracted from sample materials in a first step, followed by amplification and detection using fluorescence-labeled probes. Amplification and detection are carried out with the FluoroCycler®. The FluoroType® technology is based on PCR with different probes and LiquidArray®.

GenoXtract & other applications for DNA isolation

The starting point of each test based on DNA-STRIP and FluoroType® technology are sample materials from which nucleic acids (DNA or RNA) are extracted. Instrument for the efficient extraction of nucleic acids from various sample materials is based on magnetic bead technology. Simultanous processing of 1–12 samples is possible harbouring a minimal risk of contamination. Ready-to-use reagent cartridges promote flexible and reliable processing.
