Sending equipment for maintenance
Contact Triolab’s technical support to set a maintenance schedule for your equipment. You will receive instructions for sending your equipment.
Before sending, you need to fill in a maintenance form and attach it to the shipment. A separate maintenance form must be filled in for each piece of equipment sent for maintenance.
For certain equipment models, you can borrow replacement equipment during maintenance. Contact Triolab’s technical support to agree on any replacement arrangements.
