Some of our produts (e.g. controls used in quality control and urine culture plates) have a short shelf life. The manufacturer produces them on certain dates only, after which we ship them automatically as standing orders before the previous batch expires.
The availability of these special items can be ensured only to customers with a standing order agreement – without the agreement the items may not be available. Automated standing orders can be agreed for all our other products as well.
If you would like to receive regular deliveries, please contact our customer care, so that we can prepare a delivery plan based on your consumption and needs. After signing the standing order agreement, we start to deliver the products according the schedule – without the need for separate orders.
The product-specific delivery schedules can be found in the product pages. The schedules indicate the date by which information about possible changes and cancellations must be provided. Other product orders can’t be combined with the standing orders.
