We provide our customers with a preventive maintenance service for the equipment we deliver throughout their service life. The content of the maintenance agreement always depends on the official maintenance practices applied to the equipment within the scope of the agreement, but every agreement can always be customised according to each customer’s needs.
For example, maintenance agreements may include preventive scheduled maintenance and the supplies required, or optionally also a pre-defined number of maintenance visits and/or equipment spare parts.
Triolab’s maintenance personnel will automatically contact contractual maintenance customers to set a suitable date for maintenance when scheduled maintenance approaches. For most equipment, scheduled maintenance can also be carried out using replacement equipment, if the customer so chooses, so that the transport company used by Triolab picks up the customer’s equipment and delivers it to Triolab’s maintenance location, and provides the customer with replacement equipment during maintenance.

including equipment installation, operator training during installation, and telephone support from Monday to Friday during office hours
including equipment installation, operator training during installation, and telephone support (from Monday to Friday during office hours), plus annual scheduled maintenance
including equipment installation, operator training during installation, telephone support (from Monday to Friday during office hours), and annual scheduled maintenance, plus any fault repairs and spare parts
