74 key cancer genes in liquid biopsy assay

OncoSELECT panel targets 74 key cancer genes to support cancer detection and treatment decision-making. The panel covers the most clinically relevant cancer genes associated with solid tumours. Results can be obtained in 5 days from DNA extraction.

The assay has been specifically designed for situations where tissue samples are unavailable or the amount of sample material is insufficient for comprehensive biomarker testing. OncoSELECT panel covers single nucleotide variants, insertions, deletions, TERT promoters, fusions, and splicing variants.

The sample material is blood. The assay has been developed for cfDNA from plasma.
