The product is fully compatible with, for example, MGI sequencers.

OncoKDM is a clinical interpretation software which provides biologists with the most relevant clinical interpretation based on OncoDEEP Kit sequencing data. The comprehensive and interactive genomic profiling report includes patient clinical data, a complete classification list of identified variants and their biological and therapeutical impacts, all relevant genomic signatures (HRD, TMB, MSI,…), their expressions and scoring.
