Fast pathogen and resistance gene detection with isothermal amplification method

Ready-to-use sample preparation buffers with lyophilized PCR reagents in test strips with isothermal LAMP amplification assay provide fast and accurate results as fast as in 15 minutes. During the amplification, the results are detected and displayed in real-time. Tests are carried out without DNA/RNA extraction, directly from the sample and the method provides tests for various indications such as different viruses, bacteria, and antibiotic resistance genes. Method is CE-IVD marked.

Screening or confirmation tests

eazyplex® product portfolio includes primary tests directly from the sample as well as confirmatory tests from bacterial cultures. Reagents are stored at room temperature.

Genie II, Genie HT and eazyMini

Genie II provides random access for two samples at a time. It includes a fully rechargeable battery and a large touchscreen.

Genie HT has up to twelve independent modules and it is optimal for larger sample volumes. Different tests can be run simultaneously and the instrument is operated via a large touchscreen.

eazyMini is a small instrument for one sample run at a time and works similar to Genie instruments.

SuperBug series provides variable options to detect antibiotic resistace targets in gram negative bacteria such as KPC, NDM, CTX-M, and more rare GIM, GES, or AmpC. Bacterial culture confirmation results as fast as in 15 minutes.
