Industrial microbiology products from Sysmex Partec are designed to count and identify microorganisms quickly and accurately. These products are used in various applications, for example for determining microbial counts in drinking water and cosmetic products or for detecting mycotoxins in animal feed, grain products and beverages. The product portfolio contains a complete solution from CyFlow flow cytometers to reagents and specialized software for flow cytometry.

The CyFlow RI-300 is a compact benchtop flow cytometer designed for industrial microbiology quality control. Its ease of use allows the instrument to be utilized by users who are not experts in either microbiology or flow cytometry. The option to configure the system with an AL-20 autoloader can greatly increase testing capacity.

CyStain BacCount tests, used on the CyFlow analysers, provide an easy-to-use and cost-effective counting of bacteria for routine quality control of water samples in industrial processes.

The CyStain BacCount Total kit detects the total amount of bacteria, and the CyStain BacCount Viable kit discriminates between live and dead microorganisms.

Mycotoxin test kits enable fully automated and rapid quantification (30-120 min) of mycotoxins in food, animal feed, seeds and fruit juices. Field toxins (FUM, T-2, DON, ZEN) and storage toxins (AFL, OTA) can be quantified either individually or in combination.
