Leica EM ACE600 sputter coater prepares fine-grained thin films for electron microscopy analysis. Precise, automated carbon coating and sputter coating processes deliver reproducible results, enabling higher sample throughput with every run.

Adaptable to your needs

The configurable metal process chamber of the EM ACE600 allows multiple processes to be performed without breaking vacuum. Sputter coating can be combined with simultaneous carbon thread evaporation, or two different sputter sources can be selected to produce multilayer metal coatings within a single process.

Easy to use

Front-door loading and recipe-based coating processes make specimen preparation straightforward and efficient. Processes can be started at the touch of a button.
