Lexogen’s QuantSeq 3′ mRNA library preparation kits use a 5-step streamlined workflow for producing sequencing-ready RNA.

From sample to sequencing-ready library in under 4.5 hours, with no need for prior enrichment or rRNA depletion.

The kits enable a high level of multiplexing and analysis of even degraded RNA, e.g. from FFPE samples. The kits are coupled with Kangooroo software for straight-forward data analysis.
