Paragon Genomics provides amplicon panels for NGS with CleanPlex technology that effectively removes non-specific PCR-products. The result is excellent target enrichment performance.
The CleanPlex technology is scalable with high sensitivity NGS amplicon sequencing technology, utilizing multiplex PCR primer algorithm, PCR amplification chemistry together with patented background cleaning chemistry.

Easy workflow
With only 100 pg of DNA input for genotyping, the three step, single-tube workflow can be completed in only 3 hours.
Due to its high sensitivity, CleanPlex technology achieves a 1 % LOD, or 0.1 % with CleanPlex UMI technology.
The method is also suitable for difficult samples, such as degraded FFPE DNA, gDNA and cfDNA, and for RNA samples.
Platforms
The CleanPlex panels are compatible with Illumina, Ion Torrent, Oxford Nanopore, Element Biosciences and MGI DNBSEQ platforms.
