HistoCore CHROMAX WS staining and coverslipping workstation
Easy and reliable workstation for smaller sample volumes
Manufactured by Leica Biosystems, the HistoCore CHROMAX WS is an automated, continuous-loading staining and coverslipping workstation for smaller sample volumes, e.g. for H&E or PAP staining. It consists of the CHROMAX ST stainer and the CHROMAX CV coverslipper. Both instruments can also be used as standalone devices.
The workstation is equipped with an operator-guided interface and a color touchscreen.
CHROMAX ST
CHROMAX ST stainer calculates the actual number of slides to be stained, enabling reagent consumption optimization. The device has a pre-validated program for the Leica Infinity 2.0 H&E kit, whose data can be automatically read into the device’s reagent management system.
CHROMAX CV
CHROMAX CV is an open coverslipper, that can be used with cover glasses of various sizes and a range of mounting medias.
