Chemistry parameters easily from ready panels
VetScan VS2 measures up to 14 chemistry parameters at once reliably from only 100 µL of whole blood, plasma or serum. Twelve different chemistry profiles to choose from, each with different analyte combinations, with specialty tests such as bile acids, total T4 and phenobarbital available.
The instrument does not require the operator’s continuous presence; after pipetting the sample and starting the sample run, you can proceed to other tasks during the analysis. The measurement time is approximately 10 minutes, depending on the test rotor.
The device is suitable for the determination of blood values in a wide range of animal species. Thanks to its small size, you can also take it with you when visiting the stables or premises, or when you are at home.
Easy to use and connect
The reagent rotors are factory calibrated, and no calibration is required. Each rotor has an automatic quality check and HIL detection (haemolytic, lipemic and icteric properties). The device requires no maintenance and can be connected to the most common patient data systems.
