VitroGel hydrogel

A series of user-friendly hydrogels optimized for different cell culture applications. They are ready to mix with cell suspension, no adjustment needed.

• VitroGel® Hydrogel Matrix is ideal for 2D/3D culture, spheroids, and in vivo applications in small animals. Available in 2 mL and 10 mL sizes.
• VitroGel® ORGANOID supports the growth of patient-derived organoids or organoids developed from pluripotent stem cells (PCSs), co-culture, and PDX model. Available in single 10 mL vial and 2 mL discovery kit containing four different formulations to determine the best hydrogel version for the organoid conditions.

Tunable hydrogels that allow creation of your own ECM. Mechanical strength is adjustable from 10 to 4000 Pa.

• VitroGel® 3D High Concentration is good for cell spheroid formation, suspension cells or cells requiring low cell-matrix interactions. Contains 3 mL of VitroGel® 3D High Concentration and 50 mL of VitroGel® Dilution Solution.
• VitroGel® RGD High Concentration contains cell adhesive peptide RGD to promote cell attachment and cell-matrix interactions during the 3D cell culture. Contains 3 mL of VitroGel® RGD High Concentration and 50 mL of VitroGel® Dilution Solution.

Non-enzymatic cell harvesting solution for quick and efficient recovery of 3D cells or organoids cultured with either VitroGel® hydrogels or an animal-based ECM. Easy-to-use with operation at room temperature. Available in 100 mL and 500 mL sizes.
